His talents as a chef blew our mind - he created one of the most delicious (if not THE most delicious) meal I have ever eaten!     Chef Jacob provided an in-home luncheon for four celebrating the birthday of my friend. From the initial contact to the completed event, he was professional, competent and reliable. He presented a menu plan that incorporated diet restrictions and guest preferences; bought, prepared and served a delicious meal from appetizers to desert. Chef Jacob is very pleasant and sociable as he explains his creations to the guests. As promised, he left the kitchen spotless! I highly recommend him as it is an epicurean delight to have such special service within one’s home. Thanks Chef Jacob, We hosted an in-home dinner for a lawyer colleague from Saskatoon who was visiting Niagara for a Canadian Bar Association conference. A physician friend and his partner also attended. Jacob took care of everything, from planning the menu, to purchasing the food, to assisting us in setting the table, to cooking and serving. He was a complete professional and a pleasure to deal with. More importantly, the food was excellent !! Our guests continue to rave about it. We will certainly be hiring Jacob again, in the very near future, and give him our highest recommendation.

    We hired Jacob to cater our wedding with over 100 guests. We opted to serve hors d'oeuvres and desserts. Jacob worked with us to create a menu, demonstrating creativity and flexibility to accommodate some of our guests' dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian and allergies). When Jacob sent his sample menu we thought everything sounded delicious! Jacob was willing to work with some items that were prepared by family, rounding out our menu with his gourmet creations. Jacob arrived organized and ready to work. He was immediately comfortable in a new kitchen. Though organizing a wedding is busy and stressful for the bride and groom and their families, Jacob was calm and confident. It was great to know the food would be take care of! In addition to having Jacob as a personal chef, we also hired serving help. Jacob easily managed the staff and created a great team effort. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We were impressed that Jacob paid attention to small plating and decorative details. We received many compliments from guests. We would be delighted to hire Jacob again and again!
